This article is designed on the question, “to what extend does the diversity climate affect the levels of organizational identification of employess?”. Within the framework of this basic question, it is aimed to determine the effect of employees’ perception of diversity climate on organizational identification levels. for this purpose a survey based quantitive research was applied in konya organized industrial zone. With the purposive sampling method 260 questionnaires were collected from employees operating in the region and analyzed with SPSS 22.0. As a result of the linear regression analysis, it was determined that the diversity climate perception has a positive and statistically significant effect on the level of organizational identification, in addition the perception of respect for differences, group belonging and integrity and management and group support perceptions, which are the sub-dimensions of diversity climate perception, have a positive and statistically significant effect on the level of organizational identification.
