In order to be successful in the competitive environment, the hotel enterprises, which have an important place in the accommodation enterprises, should apply human resource management effectively. Successful management of the human element in labor-intensive hotel enterprises will ensure the success of hotel businesses. The main objective of this study, which focuses on human resource management; The aim of this course is to reveal the profile of human resources management in hotel establishments and to examine how the hotels implement human resources management according to the number of stars they have. Eighteen of the 3, 4 and 5 star hotels operating in Kayseri and Nevşehir are the sample of the research. The data obtained from the survey were analyzed with cross-table analysis method. In the research, it is concluded that the human resources departments perform the processes such as "employee selection and recruitment processes" most regardless of the number of stars of the hotels, and prefer the most "publishing advertisements" and "employment and career centers" in the personnel selection.
