This study is carried out to examine the relationship between innovation and organizational learning. For this purpose, in the theoretical parts of the studies, firstly, the concepts of innovation and organizational learning and the relationships between them were emphasized, and then the findings in various researches focused on the variables were conveyed.
Learning; it includes sharing information, use of information, acquiring information and new achievements. Organizational learning can also be defined in the form of learning to learn provided by members of the business. Leaders in organizational learning can prepare an environment in the form of teachers, leaders and learners to increase the skills that the members in the business select, possess and develop. learning to learn and organizational learning are two different concepts, but organizational learning is only one dimension or element of learning businesses. Learning enterprises are defined as those that help to improve organizational learning (Aydınlı, 2005: 82).
Learning ability, the habit, reminds people of their memories, their predictions and thoughts about the past. When businesses are considered to be an asset, learning is the clearest condition for businesses that strive to adapt more to their environments. Businesses consist of individuals who gather to meet a certain goal. The learning quality and level of the employees also directly affect the success level of the business. The learning process of employees in the business is not guaranteed by organizational learning. Organizational learning is not possible without individual learning (Kerber ve Buono, 2005: 23).
In the light of the evaluations, the main purpose of the studies is; To analyze the relations between innovation and organizational learning and to analyze these relations with field research. Studies; Within the framework of the main objectives, innovation explains the concepts of organizational learning with the concepts and the relationships between these concepts in a theoretical way. It is also aimed to present some tips to the manager who is responsible for the first degree in ensuring organizational development and continuity through the works in the development and creation of innovation and organizational learning, which have a direct impact on these issues (Özdevecioğlu ve Biçkes, 2012: 36-37).
