In this study, it is aimed to reveal the effects of organizational climate on employee performances.
It is stated that businesses need to adapt to the changes brought about by globalization in order to survive. The approaches, rules and practices in the enterprise may differ, and this causes different perceptions in employees and displays different attitudes and behaviors by being affected by the organizational climate (İşcan & Karabey, 2007: 180).
Organizational climate; When it satisfies the employees, it contributes to reveal the creativity skills of the employees and to obtain job satisfaction. If employees find job satisfaction; It contributes to increasing their organizational commitment, increasing their performance and success motives, and eliminating their desire to quit. Organizational climate ensures that the business reflects its unique characteristics and affects employee performance. One of the other features is; It is stated as not being similar to the formal structures of enterprises and showing informal features. The basic factor that determines the organizational climate and separates one from the organizational climate is expressed as the perceived similarities of the employees in the organizational environment (Çekmecelioğlu, 2005: 23).
