The main purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between transformational leadership and organizational climate. Another aim of the research is to investigate the relationship between employee demographics and transformational leadership and the relationship between demographic characteristics of employees and organizational climate. Questionnaire technique was used in the study. The data obtained; Reliability analysis, normality analysis, Shapiro Wilk, Kolmogorov-Smirnov and Kruskal Wallis analysis methods were applied. The relationship between continuous variables was analyzed using the Spearman Correlation coefficient. As a result of the research, it was concluded that transformational leadership behaviors affect the organizational climate.
