In the current competitive environment, it will be in the best interests of hospital managers to recognize the criteria that affect people's choice of hospitals. The aim of this study is to identify the factors affecting the hospital preferences of university students and to determine the role of the brand in the use of health services of students. The study also aims to determine whether the perceptions of importance to the brand differ according to their demographics.
