Maximum variation sampling, one of the purposeful sampling types, was used in the selection of the sample. Data were collected using a semi-structured interview form prepared by the researcher. In the research, primary and secondary school administrators have different problems in the education system of the Covid-19 process and these problems are lack of communication, spending a lot of time with technology, teachers and administrators feeling lonely, decrease in interaction between students, parents and teachers, and disruptions in internet access.
