Abstract


A THEORETICAL OVERVIEW OF A TECHNOLOGICAL APPROACH IN TURKISH TEACHING: FLIPPED LEARNING

It is inevitable to see technological developments in education life. One of the contributions of technological developments to education is the Flipped Learning approach. The flipped learning approach is the replacement of the elements in the traditional teaching approach. In other words, learning activities are carried out outside the classroom, and reinforcement of what has been learned is carried out in the classroom. This study aims to explain the flipped learning approach, which can also be used in Turkish education. The advantages and disadvantages of the flipped learning approach and the things to consider when applying it in the classroom are given. In addition, a limited number of studies in Turkish teaching were included and the research was completed by making various suggestions.
