This study aimed to review the use of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy in parenting interventions. In this context, the first Dialectical Behavioral Therapy was theoretically introduced, skills training was explained, and important aspects of the treatment process were viewed. Next, parenting interventions were examined, and their theoretical content and related effectiveness studies were explored. The next section explained the integration of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and parenting interventions based on the studies in the literature. Parenting interventions are important tools to empower parents. This review intends to aid in the spread of these interventions by outlining a road map of an intervention that can be utilized to empower parents.
