İş Güvencesizliği ile Çalışmaya Tutkunluk Arasındaki İlişki Üzerine Bir Literatür İncelemesi

Küreselleşmenin ve gün geçtikçe şiddeti artan rekabetin etkilerinin hissedildiği iş dünyası, her geçen gün farklı değişim ve dönüşümlere şahit olmaktadır. Bu bağlamda, maliyet avantajı yakalamak, rekabet yarışında öne geçmek ve devamlılıklarını korumak isteyen örgütlerde; küçülme, yeniden yapılanma, teknolojik yeniliklerin çıktı oluşturma süreçlerine dahil edilmesi gibi uygulamalar gündeme gelmektedir. Örgütlerin uyguladığı bu tür stratejiler ve devam etmekte olan değişimin her alandaki (ekonomik, politik, teknolojik vb.) etkileri, çalışanların iş güvencesizliği algılamalarına neden olabilmektedir. İş güvencesizliği, yönetim ve organizasyon alanında üzerine araştırmalar yapılan ve farklı değişkenlerle ilişkilendirilen bir olgudur. İş güvencesizliği değişkeninin etkileyebileceği örgütsel davranış değişkenlerinden biri de çalışmaya tutkunluktur. Örgüt üyelerinin yüksek çalışmaya tutkunluk düzeyine sahip olmaları hem örgütsel açıdan hem de bireysel açıdan farklı olumlu sonuçları beraberinde getirebilir. Bu sebeple, iş güvencesizliği ile çalışmaya tutkunluk değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkiyi açıklamak, literatüre katkı sağlamak için önemlidir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, iş güvencesizliği ile olumlu bir örgütsel davranış değişkeni olan çalışmaya tutkunluk arasındaki ilişkiyi literatürdeki çalışmalar çerçevesinde incelemektir. Bu amaç kapsamında, öncelikle, iş güvencesizliği ve çalışmaya tutkunluk değişkenlerine yönelik kavramsal açıklamalara yer verilmiştir. Ardından, iş güvencesizliği ile çalışmaya tutkunluk değişkenleri arasındaki ilişkiye yer veren araştırmalar üzerinde durulmuştur. Son olarak, literatürde bulunan araştırmaların sonuçlarından yola çıkarak genel bir değerlendirme yapılmıştır ve gelecekte yapılabilecek çalışmalara yönelik öneriler sunulmuştur.
